Noah, the Head Chef and driving force behind Field and Flour is unlike any Chef you've ever met or will ever meet. Noah's creation of dishes is fueled by his pragmatic approach to cooking - his dishes are approachable and unique without being pretentious. Noahs dishes are nourishing and refreshing; he focuses on the natural flavor of the dish and then enhances this flavor with creativity and his immense knowledge of perfect palette pairings.
At first glance, Noah is a quiet ponderer - he's wickedly observant, listens intently before processing or speaking, has a voracious appetite for knowledge, fermentation, preservation, baking sourdough, and is constantly seeking education on being a better chef and human. Noah is a force in the kitchen, yet has a gentle, kind spirit and heart that is not only rarely found in a kitchen, but rarely present in most humans. Noah pairs his inquisitive personality with wicked kitchen skills to perfectly produce truly nourishing meals.










Everything Doer: Ashlyn Swenson
To call Ash any one thing would be a disservice. To Field and Flour, she is a designer, social media manager, builder, and overall everything doer. She is a hammer wielding, no time wasting, project finishing badass. She stays a few steps ahead of most, and by the time a problem arises, she likely already has a plan to solve it. Ash is a wanderer with a venturesome spirit and a sense of awe and exploration that those around her can hardly keep up with. She has an affinity for forests, mountains, and anywhere that is untouched by modern amenities.
